Our walks are led by local healthcare professionals (physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, researchers, etc.) who want to help our community live healthier, more active lives. They will share what they know so that you know too! Each walk begins with a short informative session by a local healthcare professional on a health topic of interest.
Regular walking has been shown to benefit our physical and mental health at every age, and in more ways than we can count.
In fact, walking for as little as 30 minutes 5 times per week has the potential to benefit every system in your body.
