Our walks are led by local healthcare professionals (physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, researchers) who want to help our community live healthier, more active lives. They will share what they know so that you know too! Each walk begins with a short informative session by a local healthcare professional on a health topic of interest.

The Hamilton/Burlington region boasts some of the most extensive trail systems in the province. We've partnered with the Hamilton Burlington Trails Council to ensure a balance between accessibility and scenery on each of our walks.
